Dri-Line Series
ACI designs and manufactures bottle, can and pouch drying systems for all shapes, sizes and available budgets.
From large applications handling thousands of bottles/cans an hour through to small micro-breweries with outputs of just hundreds per hour.
Reflecting these factors, ACI’s DRI-Line Series gives the customer a choice of 3 main configurations which are dependant on issues such as the customer budget, noise and spray containment requirements, and space availability on the production line.
Air Delivery Options
ACI has taken care to develop a number of innovative, efficient and cost effective solutions that fully maximise the use of blower-driven air for successful bottle, can and pouch drying processes.
Not content with just offering customers well-proven Airknife Technology, ACI have developed other products such as JetPlates, Can Tunnels and Cap and Neck Dryers that ensure an optimal drying solution can be supplied.
Laboratory Testing
ACI has the means of demonstrating to customers the efficiency of the company’s Drying systems, in particular their ability to meet the Drying Code of Practice drawn-up jointly by the MPMA (Metal Packaging Manufacturers’ Association) and BLRA (Brewers’ and Licensed Retailers Association).
A 20m conveyor loop facility allows our skilled technicians to test drying efficiency at can and bottle line speeds in excess of 50,000 items per hour. Virtually all vessel sizes used in the soft and alcoholic drinks markets can be accommodated.
