JetPlates
A development of Airknife Technology, JetPlates are designed to improve drying efficiencies whilst simplifying installation and maintenance operations.
Unique ‘stepped’ face plate design allows for efficient drying performance.
The face of a JetPlate acts as the guide rail, thereby allowing air to be delivered from a very short distance (i.e. 3mm)
No need for pitch adjustment. JetPlates are fixed and are sized to the largest size of bottle being conveyed.
Are very simple and easy to install, adjust and maintain.
ACI Airknives are precision engineered items that deliver a clean, high velocity curtain of air which is ideal for removing water and other liquids from bottles, cans, pouches and jars.
Airknives are an excellent solution to many drying applications.
Apart from compressed air nozzles, traditionally they have been the only available method for delivering air to the product on the conveyor
Added benefit of no fluctuations in pressure so they generally give excellent performance.
Minor changes in Airknife angle settings can significantly reduce effectiveness! Additionally, Airknives can be awkward as guide rails need to be cut.
