The Problem
AB InBev’s Magor Plant in South Wales fills more than ½ a million bottles of Stella Artois every day. Beer is flash pasteurised and cold filled into bottles so they are dripping with condensation by the time they reach the labeller. They needed an efficient drying system but also were focussed on keeping hygiene standards to an acceptable level as water blow-off and yeast from beer residue had caused problems previously.
