Custom Solutions

With more than 50 years’ experience in supplying centrifugal fans and blowers and one of the most extensive product ranges in our industry, ACI is able to engineer individual and specific solutions to meet our customers’ exact requirements. Using our in-house testing facility, a product’s capabilities can be easily proven, and this can include variations in air volume, pressure or velocity.

ACI supplies fans to all sectors of manufacturing including Aeration, Grain Ventilation, Pharmaceutical, Printing and Energy and has also become a trusted supplier to the Offshore Oil/Gas industry due to its early adherence to the ATEX Directive and more recent IECEx regulations.

Since its UK introduction in 1996, the ATEX Directive has led ACI to focus on innovative and effective engineered solutions to an increasingly global customer base and we are capable of supplying fans for explosive and corrosive environments. This includes industrial fans for special requirements, such as group II equipment for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

Now considered as a leading manufacturer and supplier of explosion proof fans, ACI has built a solid reputation for our range of ATEX / IECEx rated air movement equipment which has been designed to support all customers’ current hazardous area requirements.

A wide variety of materials of construction are available, including aluminium and stainless steel as well as numerous special finishes and coatings.
