ACI\u2019s Spiral Drum Component Dryer is a compact and efficient drying system that allows for continuous in-line surface drying of small and\/or light components.<\/p>\n
The system comprises a single helix rotating drum constructed from perforated stainless steel, mounted horizontally.<\/p>\n
Parts enter the drum via a simple chute whereupon they are exposed to a blower-driven air knife which is suspended in the centre of the drum.<\/p>\n
ACI\u2019s Spiral Drying Systems are based upon the company\u2019s blower-powered Air Knives. Blower power and air knife configurations are designed to match specific requirements regarding line speeds and product sizes.<\/p>\n
