The problem wasn\u2019t so prevalent on the heavier trays and laminated pouches being tested, but this drawback had to be eliminated if Liberty\u2019s end-user was going to accept this solution.<\/p>\n<p>To successfully overcome it, as well as recommending an optimum conveyor speed, our\u00a0technical engineers simply adjusted the test rig to include a slightly different arrangement of Air Knives (4 x Air Knives, 2 above and 2 below) and then balanced the pressure accordingly, using the integrated manual control valves. \u00a0All three products now passed through without lifting and were totally dry.<\/p>\n<p>We\u00a0recently began manufacturing our\u00a0own range of straight conveyor systems suitable for use in industrial and hygiene-sensitive environments common to the food and pharmaceutical industries.
