Air Control Industries is a global company with core skills in industrial air movement solutions. We develop innovative products that significantly advance our customers' operational performance - from improving manufacturing efficiencies and raising product quality, to maximising production capabilities.

The company's range of industrial fans, blowers, air knife systems, and personnel cleaning stations are used for applications as diverse as drying glass and PET beer bottles, full car body drying, blacksmith forges, inflatable structures, personnel clean down operations and many more.  In all of these areas we aim to be a long-term partner, offering superior products that meet our customers' needs both today and into the future, backed up by responsive, expert technical support.

ACI Overview:

• From the very beginning in 1969, every one of ACI's products has been designed, developed and built in-house and everything originates from the company's own designs.
• Throughout ACI's history the Company has made significant commitments to research, testing and development, with around 15% of annual sales invested in R&D and engineering. This has enabled the company to diversify into many different markets from industrial, food and beverage and electronics areas.
• Currently the company has more than 40 employees split between its HQ in Axminster, Devon (UK) and its USA subsidiary in Windsor, Maine.  This office has been established since 2008 and serves the North American Markets including Canada, USA and Mexico.
• ACI has a strong Global presence, with 15 Distributors representing us in more than 30 countries.  Currently some 45% of our product sales are made outside the UK.   

• ACI's range of air movement products is vast and includes centrifugal, radial and axial fans; air knife drying systems; and personnel de-dusting equipment.
• Our innovative DRI-Line Series for drying cans and bottles prior to labelling and packaging processes has become virtually an industry standard - from basic blower / air knife systems, through-to fully enclosed stainless steel enclosures fitted with either ACI's JetPlates or Can Drying Tunnels.
• All of ACI's prototype fans are tested and rated to BS848 Part 1 and proven designs are also regularly monitored through systematic audit testing and re-assessment to ensure compliance with our registration to BS EN ISO 9001 and current industry, national and international standards and legislation.
• All ACI fans carry the CE Mark and where appropriate can be readily supplied with ATEX certification for use in explosion hazard areas.
