Forge Fans & Blowers
Modern blacksmiths produce a wide range of items including small craft items, architectural railings, gates, fire guards, tools and sculptures. To meet the demands of this industry, ACI offers a wide range of Blacksmith Forge Blowers and Farrier Fans commonly used to deliver air for forge units.
Our forge fan units enable blacksmiths to efficiently and effectively raise and lower the temperature control of forges – with the added benefit of units being very quiet, compact, robust and reliable. We offer a full range of fans suitable for use in blacksmith forge applications.
“It’s so quiet and it delivers air on demand. I can control the air flow with a simple butterfly valve and there is no risk of burning the motor out on total shut down – it’s brilliant!”

Standard Forge Fan:
We typically offer our Standard Forge Fan for the majority of Blacksmith Forge applications. This 250 watt unit gives a typical duty of 200CFM at 1.7In.Swg and can be offered with an outlet spigot, inlet guard and speed controller to make installation easy.
This fan is ideal for forge applications because its ultra compact design means it has a small footprint and does not take up valuable working space.
Professional & Ultimate Forge Fans
We typically offer our Professional and Ultimate forge blowers for larger forge applications, or in situations where the fan may need to supply air to multiple forges.
We also recommend these fans for forges where the diameter of the air feed pipe is very narrow (i.e. between 40 to 60mm). Because a smaller feed pipe means a greater resistance to air flow, more pressure is required to push the air through the pip and into the heath of the fire. Extra velocity may also be required depending on the length and shape of the feed pipe, or the type of blacksmithing being undertaken.
